About the blog author

Hello, I’m Trix!

So, who am I? My name is Tricia, and I’m a writer, multi-creative artist, and content creator – all under the name Trix Joyce. However, my real name is Tricia Johansson.

Other than all of that above, I’m also a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault, childhood abuse and trauma, and because of that, I became who I was meant to be later in life – thus the phenomenon of a “late bloomer”. This blog is all about thriving later in life. Because it’s possible!

I’m also autistic and live with rheumatoid arthritis, so I’m medically disabled, and because of that, I’m an advocate for disability awareness, acceptance, and rights.

I write about both creative arts and about trauma, personal growth, lifelong learning, and spirituality – all my thoughts and articles in one place!

Bluesky

I think the best way to learn coding, at least for me, is to experiment with it more as an art form, than pressuring myself to do something "productive" or "functional". At least now, when I'm re-learning the skills. I used to work in the field, but after burnout, I lost all I knew. #coding #tech
